About

Anthony Machi

Before co-founding Mach1 Capital alongside his wife, Teresa, Anthony began his corporate finance career at Rexnord with subsequent roles at Robert W. Baird & Co. and U.S. Bancorp (U.S. Bank). He specialized in forecasting and budgeting, and later developed an aptitude for alternative investing.

Teresa Machi

Prior to founding Mach1 Capital with her husband, Anthony, Teresa spent nearly 15 years in the corporate finance industry, working at investment firms and in the manufacturing industry. With roles at companies like Robert W. Baird & Co. and Stark Investments, Teresa found a passion for high-pressure trading and environments, which lead her to finding the best possible deals in the real estate industry.

A wealth of experience

While serving in these roles, Anthony and Teresa were also avid real estate investors. In 2009, the duo began acquiring real estate, renovating these properties and later renting to tenants. Early successes allowed them to expand, and they issued their first hard money loan in 2016. The Machi’s continued growth and accrued knowledge, from nearly two decades of experience, inspired them to found Mach1 Capital. Today, Anthony and Teresa continue to serve clients with the same honesty, focus and dedication that has shaped their careers.
